The web interface is very easy to use and I had 200 in my account within 10 minutes.
When I had to call Wonga.com with a query about my pay day loan the phone was answered quickly and my question was answered in full in an easy to understand way.
You will need a debit card to apply for a loan.
It is not the cheapest solution for UK residents looking for a quick loan, so they lose a few stars for that.
